For an unresolved complaint, write to Flipkart's Grievance Officer at [email protected]. Include the order ID, the product, and the reference of your earlier Help Centre request, so the officer can trace it.
Shopsy's grievance page says each complaint gets an acknowledgement by email, call or SMS, with a system-generated unique ID. Use that ID to track the status and quote it in every follow-up.
