The app also sells Coins for virtual gifts and offers ShareChat+ for an ad-free feed. During an outage, the feed, login, chatrooms and uploads can all stop working.

Questions
Our status card shows when we last checked sharechat.com and how many ShareChat users are reporting problems. A jump in reports from many places means the trouble is on ShareChat's side.
A flood of reports from different states at once means ShareChat's servers have a technical issue. The feed, chatrooms and uploads stay stuck until the company fixes it, so wait and try again.
If friends can use it and you cannot, clear the app cache and update ShareChat from the Play Store or App Store.
Clear its stored data first. Go to phone Settings, then Apps, then ShareChat, then Storage & cache, and tap Clear cache and Clear all data. Then check that ShareChat has the permissions it needs, under the same Apps page, and open it again.
ShareChat removes posts that break its Community Guidelines. Duplicate posts, 18+ content and wrong tags are common reasons, and you get a notice when it happens.
If you think the removal is wrong, open Profile, tap the three dots, then Account Settings, then Violations. Find the post, tap Complaint and give your reason.
- You can cancel by logging in within 30 days. After that, the account cannot be brought back.
- A link to download your data comes by email and works for 7 days.
- Unused Coins are lost, with no refund.
Check two things: your internet connection, and that ShareChat has microphone access in your phone settings. To speak, you also need a seat: tap + below the audio slots and send a request to the chatroom admin.
