Reach ShareChat through Help & Support under Profile Settings in the app, the chat at support.sharechat.com, or email at [email protected]. As of now, ShareChat's Help Center and contact page give no customer care phone number.
[email protected]. Use it to report a user breaking chatroom or Coins rules, to appeal an account removal, or to get a damaged gift replaced.
Open support.sharechat.com, pick English or Hindi, and search your problem. If no guide helps, start a chat with customer support from the same Help Center.
Tap the three dots next to the post, comment or profile, choose a reason and tap Report. The Reports page under Profile Settings shows the status. A complaint sent by email gets an auto-generated ticket number.
No. Coins and gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, and unused Coins are lost when you delete the account. For a tax invoice on a Coins purchase, write to [email protected] with your Order ID.
