Check the time first. US trading starts in the Indian evening, so a quiet screen during the day is normal. US stocks have their own desk at Samco: write to [email protected] or call the support numbers, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 2 AM.

Do not pay again yet. First check your ledger in the Samco app, as a UPI credit can take a short while to show. If your bank was debited and Samco was not credited, the amount goes back to your bank on its own; under RBI's rules for failed UPI transfers, that reversal is due by the next working day. If it does not come back, raise a ticket with the UPI Ref ID, date and amount.
