Log in to the Customer Portal Business customers can check consignments and invoices on the Customer Portal, which is separate from the public site.
Book through the service pages Easy2Move, Sainik Express and Bike Xpress each take bookings online with doorstep pickup. Easy2Move and Sainik Express also give free 20 kg packing boxes.
Find the branch The Branch Locator on safexpress.com finds the nearest Safexpress branch. The branch that booked the consignment holds its waybill copy and can check its status in the network.
Reach Safexpress The verified Safexpress contacts give the 1800 number, the customer assistance line and the email.

On the invoice value declared at booking, subject to the remarks on the proof of delivery, and paid by RTGS or NEFT. So note any damage on the delivery document. A difference in weight or volume has to be raised at booking; Safexpress does not accept that claim later or after delivery.
