Founded in 1987, The Professional Couriers, or TPC, carries documents and parcels by air, rail and road through a large franchise network of more than 3,300 branches, reaching from the metros to remote towns and abroad. Its customers run from individuals to PSUs, banks, colleges and MNCs. Every consignment number starts with a three-letter station code, and tracking needs the full number.
Parcels are booked at a branch, and TPC also has an app, TPC GO. For a single consignment, TPC points people to the customer service cell at the place of booking.

Look at the reports for TPC on this page. If many people cannot open tpcindia.com or get any tracking result, TPC is facing issues. If only your docket shows nothing new, the parcel is the question, not the site.
Check the number first. TPC's own FAQ says to enter the consignment number with its three-letter station code prefix, and to pick Domestic or International before searching. If the full number still shows nothing, ask the branch that booked it. If no number works for anyone, the site has a technical issue.
Check it on the Network page, which takes a destination or PIN code and shows the local collection centre, or ask the chat assistant on tpcindia.com. If your PIN code is not served, try a nearby one to find the closest collection centre. A holiday on TPC's holiday list only pauses service for the day. An outage means tracking fails for everyone at once.
No. TPC says it never asks customers to pay delivery charges through mobile links or UPI, and treats such calls as fraud. Report the request to [email protected]. Use only the office numbers on TPC's own website.
Cash, jewellery and precious metals are not carried, and nor are hazardous goods. TPC's liability for loss or damage is capped at Rs 100, so insure anything valuable before booking. It does not deliver to a P.O. Box.
