Google suggests these checks first:
- Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is strong.
- Free up space if less than 1 GB is left.
- Install any pending Android system update.
- Close the Play Store app fully and open it again.
- Turn on automatic date, time and time zone.
If the basic checks do not help, try Google's advanced steps one at a time:
- Uninstall Google Play Store updates, then let it update again.
- Remove your Google Account from the phone and add it back.
- Clear the cache and data of the Google Play Store.
- Clear the cache and data of Google Play services.
A factory reset is the last resort.
Phone ki Settings mein Google Play Store app kholiye aur uska cache aur data clear kariye. Phir Google Play services ka cache aur data bhi clear karein. Uske baad Play Store dobara kholiye; account wapas login ho jaayega.
Ask for it from your order history:

Google says it usually decides within a day, and at most in 4 days. If more than 48 hours have passed since the purchase, ask the app's developer for the refund.
Report it as an unauthorised charge within 120 days of the transaction. If someone in your family made the purchase on your account by mistake, request a refund instead.
