If Outlook isn't working

Free up storage Delete mail with large attachments; a full mailbox cannot send or receive.
Re-enter your password Update the password in your Outlook app if you changed it on another device.
Check Junk and Other Look for missing mail in the Junk Email folder and the Other tab.
Turn off POP and IMAP If another mail app is connected, disable POP and IMAP and try again.
