Questions

Yahoo Mail users in India log problems here, and this page also checks mail.yahoo.com. Many reports landing together means Yahoo's servers are failing. For a problem on one device alone, check its browser, app and account settings.

Yahoo's own steps, one at a time, testing after each:

Clear the browser cache and update the browser.
Make sure JavaScript is on.
Pause ad blockers for Yahoo Mail, and antivirus or firewall software for a moment.
Try Yahoo Mail on another computer or phone.
Reset the browser to default settings.

Check the Spam folder and your filters.
Look for a blocked address or blocked domain set by mistake.
Confirm your reply-to address is right.
Send yourself an email from a computer. If it arrives, your account is fine and the sender should check their side.

If the Yahoo mailbox has been inactive, Yahoo may block recovery emails to it to prevent identity theft, and services like Instagram or Facebook then stop sending. Sign in to the Yahoo account first, and mail starts arriving again.

Yahoo Help ke Reset or change your Yahoo password steps follow karein. Sign in na ho paaye toh Sign-in Helper chalaiye. Yahoo kabhi email mein password nahi maangta.

In Yahoo Mail on the web, genuine Yahoo emails show a Yahoo icon next to the sender name. Yahoo never asks for passwords or card details by email, and its websites always have yahoo.com in the address.

Yahoo Mail support works through Yahoo Help, with a Contact Us option and a Sign-in Helper for account access. Both are on our Yahoo Mail helpline page.
