Our automated check runs from one or more locations and may miss in-app problems; reports come from users across India. We only call something "down" when users confirm it too. Here's how we check.

About m.Stock

m.Stock is the Indian discount broking arm of Mirae Asset, the Korean financial group, operating here as Mirae Asset Capital Markets India. Its hook at launch was a one time fee in place of recurring brokerage.

The same group also owns Sharekhan, bought in 2024, so Mirae now runs a discount platform and a full service brokerage side by side in this market. m.Stock is the newer and more app led of the two, pushing TradingView charts and margin funding hardest.

If m.Stock isn't working

  • Look at the live status above When the map lights up across the country, waiting is the only real fix. Reinstalling during market hours risks locking you out for longer.

  • Confirm the order book first Check what actually reached the exchange before retrying, since a duplicate order during a glitch is worse than a delayed one.

  • Make sure you are on the right platform Mirae runs both m.Stock and Sharekhan. Logging into the wrong app with the wrong credentials produces errors that look like an outage.

  • Use the toll-free call and trade line There is a separate toll-free number for placing orders by phone, which is the route when the app will not open and a position needs closing.

  • Update the app An outdated build is a routine cause of failed logins after a platform release.

Other ways to access m.Stock

  • Trade through the web platform The browser terminal generally accepts orders when the app is unresponsive, and it needs no reinstall.

  • Place the order by phone The dedicated call and trade toll-free number exists for exactly this, and it matters most when you are exiting rather than entering.

  • Check the group's other platform If your account is actually with Sharekhan, that platform runs separately and may be unaffected.

  • Reach support directly The verified m.Stock contact details cover the toll-free support line, the call and trade number and the compliance address.

Questions

Look at the live reading and the report map together. Clusters forming right at the open usually mean load, while reports trickling in through a quiet afternoon are more likely to be individual account issues.
Sheer volume in the first minutes of trading, and again on expiry sessions, is the usual answer, the same pressure every Indian broker faces. Order rejections are a separate matter and normally trace to margin, a pledged holding or a contract restriction rather than to the platform being down.
No, though both belong to Mirae Asset. m.Stock is the discount platform and Sharekhan is the full service brokerage, each with its own app, login and support. Check which one your account actually sits on before you call, because the desks are separate.
Usually not. Pay Later and pledged holdings update on their own cycle, so figures can lag the market without anything being broken. Compare against the order book and holdings before treating it as a fault.
Registered mobile number se hi try karein aur OTP aane tak sabar rakhein. Baar baar request bhejne par kuch samay ke liye login band ho jata hai. Upar wala live status dekh lein. App purana version ho to update kar lein.
Yes. The Download control on the panel above turns the current reading into an image carrying the check time and the volume of reports. On a trading day that record is what evidences the window when you could not reach your positions.
An automated check on our side, weighed against reports from users across India. Reports matter most, because the website can load while the app itself is failing to authenticate or accept orders.
