Try LeetCode in another browser such as Chrome or Firefox. If it loads there, clear Safari's cache and cookies for leetcode.com, or turn off content blockers for the site.

No, submitted solutions are stored permanently. Code you typed but did not submit lives only in your browser's local storage, so it can vanish after you switch browsers, clear the cache or log in to another account.

Click the code icon on the editor toolbar to get your last submission back, and check that you are on the right session.

In most cases, no. LeetCode subscriptions are non-refundable under its Terms of Service, though it reviews refund requests case by case. Cancel before the renewal date on the Manage Subscription page to avoid the next charge; access continues until the paid period ends.
