LeetCode Support & Status

Email [email protected], or browse the Help Center at support.leetcode.com. A phone line for LeetCode support is not listed in its Help Center as of now.

[email protected] for account and technical problems. LeetCode says to write here if you cannot sign in to its support platform, and it will get in touch. Mention your LeetCode username and the email on the account so support can find it.

Email [email protected] for payment and subscription questions, such as a Premium charge.

Cancel on the Manage Subscription page before your renewal date. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for, but that period is not refunded.

Not as a rule. LeetCode's Terms of Service make subscriptions non-refundable, though it reviews each refund request individually and may make exceptions.

LeetCode's Help Center has an article for this under Your Account. If the steps there do not work, write to [email protected].

The Help Center's Your Account section has articles on changing your username, your primary email and your password, and on unlinking third-party logins from your account. If those steps do not work for your account, write to [email protected].
