Q: FYERS login not working: what should I check?

Check the OTP first. FYERS sends a 6-digit code to your registered mobile and email; if it is late, wait a minute and try again. On TOTP, set the phone's date and time to automatic and enter the newest code. Forgot the PIN? Use Forgot PIN on the login screen and verify with OTP. FYERS suggests TOTP for days when SMS or email is slow, and you can switch it on under Profile, then Others, External 2FA TOTP.

Run by FYERS Securities Private Limited from Hebbal in Bengaluru, FYERS is a discount broker with three ways in: the FYERS App on phones, FYERS Web in a browser with TradingView charts built in, and a trading API for algo users.

One of the three can break while the other two still work. A stuck login, frozen charts and rejected API orders are different faults, so each has its own report button here.

If FYERS isn't working

See if other FYERS traders report it Many reports from different cities at once mean FYERS has a problem, and changing things on your phone will not fix it. status.fyers.in shows which part is affected.
Look at the order book before retrying An order may have reached the exchange even though the screen froze. Placing it again can leave you with twice the position.
Switch between the app and FYERS Web FYERS Web runs in a browser and the FYERS App on your phone. When one will not load, sign in to the other with the same client ID.
Rule out margin and square-off times For one rejected order while everything else works, check your own account first. Check available margin first. FYERS squares off intraday positions from 3.05 PM in cash stocks with F&O contracts, 3.20 PM in other cash stocks and 3.25 PM in F&O.

Other ways to access FYERS

Place the order by phone Call and Trade runs on 080 6000 1111 from 9 AM to 11.55 PM. Call from your registered mobile with your client ID ready. FYERS charges Rs 50 plus GST per executed order, nothing if it does not execute, and asks that you use it only during downtime or an emergency.
Use Instant Withdrawal on a weekend Regular withdrawals are not processed on weekends and trading holidays. Instant Withdrawal still works on Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM, if your account meets FYERS's conditions. On weekdays, a request between 8 AM and 5 PM is processed the same day.
Freeze the account if something looks wrong Spot trades or logins you did not make? Ring FYERS's account freezing line, 080 4734 9053, between 9 AM and 6 PM and have trading on the account stopped.

It may be a platform fault, or one of a few everyday blocks that look like one. Login stalls when the OTP to your registered mobile and email arrives late. Orders get rejected for low margin, and from 3.05 PM only CNC orders go through in cash stocks that also trade in F&O. API orders fail if they do not come from a whitelisted static IP. If none of these fit and other traders are reporting too, the fault is with FYERS.

Not always. Since 1 April 2026, FYERS takes API orders only from a registered App ID linked to a whitelisted static IP. You also have to finish 2FA once every trading day, stay within 10 orders a second, and expect market orders to be turned into Market Price Protection (MPP) orders. If your setup meets all of that, check the Trading via APIs and Login for API lines on status.fyers.in, then write to the API desk.

Wait a few minutes if you paid by UPI through FYERS's own gateway. NEFT, RTGS and IMPS can take 2 hours or more. Money sent from a bank account not registered with FYERS is returned to that account. If it still has not shown up, send FYERS support your debit proof with the amount, date and time, bank account and UPI reference number.

Pehle order book kholkar dekhein ki order gaya ya nahi. Ho sakta hai order exchange tak pahunch gaya ho aur sirf screen update na hui ho, isliye dobara lagane se do trade ban sakte hain.
