About DTC

DTC, the Delhi Transport Corporation, runs Delhi's city buses for the Government of NCT of Delhi from its headquarters at I.P. Estate. It was set up in 1971 and came under the Delhi government on 5 August 1996.

Passengers buy tickets on the One Delhi app, DTC online digital ticketing, Rapido and Tummoc, and get bus passes on dtcpass.delhi.gov.in. Women travel free with the Pink Saheli Smart Card.

Questions

This page checks the DTC website and shows reports from commuters about the pass site, dtcpass.delhi.gov.in. Many reports together mean the pass system is down. If others report nothing, try again on another network or browser.

Heavy demand when many commuters buy or renew passes together, and server maintenance, are the usual causes. Wait and try later. If a payment went through but no pass appeared, keep the transaction reference for the complaint.
