Open the Check-in tab on spicejet.com or in the app and enter your PNR with your last name or email. Since you are already checked in, it offers the boarding pass again.

Q: SpiceJet cancelled or rescheduled my flight. What are my options?

Use Change Assist on the spicejet.com home page. If SpiceJet cancels, moves the flight earlier by 60 minutes or more, or delays it by 120 minutes or more, you can take another flight on the same route within 7 days either side, or a full refund. Ask for the new flight within 24 hours of your original departure time.

If SpiceJet isn't working
