Check your email and SMS first. Emirates sends both to the contact details in the booking, so keep them current in Manage Your Booking. It rebooks you on the first available connection, onward flights included. If the new timing does not suit, you can change it in Manage Your Booking or the app. With a Dubai connection of 10 to 24 hours, you may qualify for Dubai Connect.
