About Canva

Canva is an online design tool used across India for posts, slides, resumes, videos and posters. It runs in the browser and as an app on Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac.

Plans run from Canva Free to Pro Lite, Pro, Business and Enterprise, with Canva Education for schools. When Canva goes down, the editor, login, uploads and downloads can all fail at once.

Check Canva Status Canva lists its own incidents there. If a feature is marked down, wait for the fix.
Refresh and sign in again Reload the editor, then sign out and back in to reset the session.
Switch off extensions Ad blockers and privacy extensions can stop the editor from loading.
Try the app or another browser If the website fails, the Canva app on phone or desktop may still work.

Other ways to access Canva

Use the Canva app The Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac apps open the same designs from your account.
Work offline in the desktop app Keep the design open in the desktop app and download it once Canva is back.
Download designs early Before a deadline, save a PDF or PNG copy, so an outage does not leave you empty-handed.
Get Canva support Help Centre routes and Canva Status are on our Canva support page.
