- Open the Help Centre and choose Get in touch.
- Use the Help Assistant, or submit a request if you are locked out.
Canva takes support requests through its Help Centre after you log in. Its Get in touch page lists no support email address for users.
Go to the Help Centre's Can't log in page. Choose the problem, such as lost email access, codes not arriving or a locked account, and follow the steps or submit a request.
In Billing settings. From the Canva homepage, open your account menu, go to Settings, and select Billing to see your plan and price.

Use the Contact Sales option on Canva's pricing page for Business and Enterprise plans. Schools use the separate Canva Education contact route.
