Look for a cluster of Aramex reports here. When aramex.com or Track Shipment fails for several people at the same time, Aramex has a fault. If only your shipment shows nothing new, the parcel is simply in transit.

Check the number with the sender first. Aramex says a number that returns no result in Track Shipment on aramex.com is not a valid Aramex tracking number. If valid numbers fail for everyone, the website is the problem.

Test the tracking number it gives in Track Shipment on aramex.com. If nothing comes back, it is not a valid Aramex tracking number and Aramex did not send the email. Report suspicious messages to the Aramex Global Customer Care Center at [email protected].

Use the office finder on aramex.com, which lists station offices, hubs and pickup outlets by city with their hours. Most station offices work Monday to Saturday and close on Sundays, while many pickup outlets stay open into the evening. If the site fails for everyone, that is an outage.
