5paisa is a discount broker aimed at cost conscious traders, offering stocks, derivatives and mutual funds at low flat brokerage through its app and website.

It came out of the IIFL group and was among the earlier movers into flat fee broking in India. Trading volume through it peaks at market open, on expiry and during sharp moves in the index, when a rush of orders lands together.

Switch between the app and the 5paisa web platform If the 5paisa app is stuck, try the web platform, or the other way round. If one is down the other often works.

Use call and trade for an urgent order For a time-sensitive trade when the app is down, 5paisa's call-and-trade or support line can place the order for you.
