If Zoho isn't working

Check Zoho's own status page status.zoho.in lists every Zoho service on the India data centre. A red entry there confirms an outage.
Use the right domain India accounts log in on the .in domain, such as mail.zoho.in or books.zoho.in.
Try the mobile app If the browser will not load Zoho Mail, the Zoho Mail app may still sync.
Clear cache and sign in again A stuck session or old cookies can stop the page loading. Clear them and log in again.
Check the live status on this page A wave of Zoho reports on this page at one time points to a Zoho outage. Wait a little and retry.

This page tracks Zoho Mail and user reports across Zoho apps. Many users reporting within minutes means a Zoho outage. Zoho also publishes status.zoho.in for its India data centre, where each app shows its own state.

Check which app fails. Zoho runs Mail, Books, CRM, Payments and other apps as separate services, so Mail can fail while Books still opens. Indian accounts sit on the India data centre, and a fault there hits Indian users while other regions carry on.

If Zoho Mail will not load or emails are stuck, look at the reports here and the Zoho Mail line on status.zoho.in. If both are clear, check your internet, sign out and back in, or try the Zoho Mail app instead of the browser.

First check spam and any filters you set. If the domain's mail stopped completely, the domain's MX records may point elsewhere; your admin can check them in the Zoho Mail admin console. If many users report it on this page at once, it is Zoho's side.

Accounts on Zoho's India data centre use .in addresses, such as mail.zoho.in. An account created on zoho.com may be on another region, so check the URL you log in on and follow that region's status page.
