About UTC Online

UTC Online is the booking site of the Uttarakhand Transport Corporation (UTC), which many people call Uttarakhand Roadways. It sells seats up to one month ahead, at most six on one ticket, and it also shows PNR status and tracks buses by PNR.

UTC has run buses since 2003 from its Dehradun head office. Its tickets also sell at UTC counters, agents and common service centres, on the Pathik traveller app, and on platforms such as redBus and AbhiBus.

Paid but no ticket came Look up the PNR on Transaction/PNR Status first. If the booking failed, call the help line on 8476007605 or write to [email protected]; gateway charges are not refunded.
Cancel button asks for a login An online ticket is cancelled from the account that booked it, or at a UTC counter. Tickets bought at a UTC counter go back at any counter, and an agent or CSC ticket only through that agent.
Refund is smaller than expected A general ticket returns 90% more than three days ahead and 75% inside three days. Closer in it is 50% inside a day, and nothing in the last two hours. A discounted ticket returns 40%, and nothing inside 48 hours.

Buy at a counter or CSC UTC Online sells through its own counters, agents and common service centres. A refund on an online ticket is never paid at a counter.
