Q: Can someone else cancel my UPSRTC ticket?

No. A ticket booked online can be cancelled only by the registered user who booked it. More than a day ahead, only the reservation charge and convenience fee go. From 24 hours to 2 hours it is 10% of the basic fare plus those, 15% in the next hour, and nothing in the last hour.

Refund is taking long A refund goes to the bank account that paid, in 7 to 10 working days. If UPSRTC cancelled the bus, give the e-ticket printout to the Depot Manager; the money comes in about a week, and [email protected] follows up with the transaction ID.

Get the ticket from e-mail The booking e-mail holds a copy of the e-ticket, so you are not stuck when Reprint will not load.
