About UPSRTC

The Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC), or UP Roadways, runs its helpline 24x7: toll-free 1800 180 2877 and 9415049606. Online booking and refund questions go to [email protected], and other queries to [email protected].

A complaint made on the toll-free line gets a complaint ID, and its status can be checked online with that ID and your mobile number. UPSRTC staff will never ask for your banking details, such as an OTP or a card number.
