TGSPDCL, previously written as TSSPDCL, distributes electricity across the southern districts of Telangana including Hyderabad, serving well over a crore consumers.

Hyderabad's growth means a heavy commercial and IT corridor load sitting alongside agricultural supply in the districts, where the state runs free power for farm connections. Bills, payments, connection applications and complaints all go through its portal and app.

Its hardest stretch is the March to May summer, when demand records fall and local transformer faults multiply.

If TGSPDCL isn't working

For a failed payment, keep the reference A failed bill payment is normally auto reversed. Note the reference and check your bill status before paying again, so you do not pay twice.
Try the app instead of the site, or a UPI app If the TSSPDCL website is stuck, the official app or a UPI app like PhonePe, Google Pay or Paytm can usually fetch and pay the bill.
For a power cut, call 1912 A power outage is separate from the billing site. Call 1912 or use the app to register the outage, and keep your consumer number ready.

Other ways to access TGSPDCL

Pay through a UPI or BBPS app You can pay your TSSPDCL bill through PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or your bank's BBPS bill-pay, which usually works when the utility's own site is down. Keep the consumer number.
