Check the reports on this page. Mahavitaran's billing portal and the supply itself are separate. If your power is out, the complaint goes by phone or SMS and needs no website at all.

Check whether the trouble is billing or supply. A bill payment can fail because MSEDCL stopped accepting part payments from 1 February 2024, or because a prepaid meter must be recharged on its prepaid vending site, not on WSS. A power failure is a different track, logged by call, missed call or SMS against your consumer number.
