Is Telangana Board down right now?

Q: How do I apply for SSC re-verification or recounting in Telangana?

Recounting costs Rs 150 per subject. Re-verification with a xerox copy of your valued answer script costs Rs 1000 per subject and includes recounting. It checks totals, zero-marked and unvalued answers; it is not a revaluation. The directorate posts re-verification results in phases on its site.

About Telangana Board

Telangana's Class 10 exam is run by the Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Telangana, better known as the SSC Board or BSE Telangana. It holds the SSC and OSSC public exams twice a year, the March exam and the advanced supplementary exam in June, plus teacher-training and scholarship exams. Intermediate (Class 12) is not run by this directorate.

Results open on bse.telangana.gov.in with your roll number, which is your hall ticket number. Re-verification results come out in phases after each exam.

If Telangana Board isn't working

Open the right exam's result The home page lists March public exam, June advanced supplementary and re-verification results separately. Pick the one you wrote.
Use your hall ticket number The result form asks for the roll number, which is the number on your hall ticket. Check each digit if nothing comes up.
Class 12 is elsewhere This directorate runs SSC (Class 10) only. An Intermediate result will never show on bse.telangana.gov.in.
See if other Telangana students report it When students across Telangana report the board at once, the directorate's site is down. Try again later.

Other ways to access Telangana Board

Ask your school for the web memo The directorate publishes school-wise results and web memos, so your school can show your marks if the public page is slow.
Check re-verification phases Re-verification results are released phase by phase on the directorate's site. If you applied, look for your phase rather than the main result.
Apply for a duplicate by post Duplicate memos and certificates are issued on a written application with a challan, sent to the directorate in Hyderabad. The Services Offered page lists what to attach.
DGE phone and office The verified Telangana Board helpline page has the directorate's Nampally phone line, address and the pages with fees and forms.
