By post to the Director of Government Examinations, Chapel Road, Nampally, Hyderabad 500001. Requests for duplicate memos and migration certificates go to the Additional Joint Secretary at the same office, with the challan attached.

Rs 80 for a memo of marks, age or migration certificate, paid by SBI challan. Rs 250 for a duplicate pass certificate, paid by treasury challan. Enclose a self-addressed envelope with a Rs 5 stamp for the memo.

Recounting is Rs 150 per subject. Re-verification with a xerox copy of the answer script is Rs 1000 per subject, recounting included. Results come out in phases on the directorate's site.
