About RSRTC
Rajasthan Roadways is the name most passengers use for the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC), set up on 1 October 1964. Its e-tickets sell on rsrtconline.rajasthan.gov.in, which also cancels, reprints and tracks refunds without a login.
The corporation's own pages, with its contacts and the bus stand enquiry list, sit on the Rajasthan Transport Department website. Candidates travelling to a competitive exam register for free travel on a separate RSRTC portal.

Money gone, ticket not issued First open the Email/SMS page with your mobile number and e-mail; the ticket may exist even if the SMS did not come. If not, call 7412069719 or 7412069699, the lines for e-ticket, refund and technical problems, with the PNR and transaction date ready.

Refund smaller than expected Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and 95% of the base fare comes back. From 24 hours to one hour it is 80%, then 50% until 30 minutes before departure. After that, nothing is refunded.

Bus cancelled or changed by RSRTC Give the e-ticket printout to the Chief Manager of that RSRTC depot, in person, by post or by e-mail. The fare reaches your bank account in about a week. If it does not, mail the transaction ID, PNR and submission date to [email protected].

Book at a bus stand counter Reservation counters at the major bus stands, including Jaipur's Sindhi Camp, sell the same seats when the website will not load.

Try the RSRTC mobile app RSRTC's own app, for Android and iOS, books tickets and shows the timetable. It is worth a try when the website is slow.

Questions
This page checks rsrtconline.rajasthan.gov.in and counts reports from other passengers. Many reports in the same few minutes mean the RSRTC site is struggling. If nobody else is reporting, try another network or browser.
Look at the clock first. Booking and cancellation run only from 00:30 to 23:30, and the site keeps a maintenance hour from 02:00 to 03:00. A bus also stops selling seats half an hour before it leaves.
Put the ticket number and your mobile number into the Cancel or Print/Download page. If the SMS never came, the Email/SMS page finds your tickets from your mobile number and e-mail. Refund Status needs only the PNR.
Thirty days, not counting the day of travel. The home page shows the exact dates it is selling beside Booking Open, so check there when a date will not open.
Yes. The RSRTC booking site says 50% concession applies for all female passengers in all its services within Rajasthan. A few other groups, such as senior citizens with an RSRTC smart card, can book concession e-tickets too, but must show the original document to the conductor.
Register on RSRTC's competition exam portal, linked from the booking site's home page, at least 36 hours before the exam. You need your mobile number, Aadhaar, roll number and admit card. Free travel is valid from 2 days before to 2 days after the exam, on ordinary and express buses only, and not for university or B.Ed exams.
