Cancel on pepsuonline.com; cancellations are not taken over the phone. More than 1 hour before departure, the charge is Rs 27 per seat plus 10%. Within the last hour there is no refund. Partial cancellation and changing the date are not allowed, and the refund goes back to the card or account you paid from.
