About MX Player

MX Player started life as a video player app on Android phones, one of the most installed apps in India, and then turned that reach into a free streaming service.

It was acquired by Amazon and now runs as Amazon MX Player, carrying originals, films, dubbed international shows and television content, all ad supported and free to watch, which is its main difference from the subscription platforms. Evening viewing and new original releases bring its peaks.

If MX Player isn't working

Update the app or clear its cache An outdated MX Player app can misbehave. Update it, or clear its cache and reopen.
