E-ticket booking and cancellation run only from 00:05 to 23:30, and booking for a bus closes one hour before departure or when the reservation chart prints, whichever is earlier. If money was debited and no ticket shows under My Ticket, MSRTC's terms return it within 7 working days to a bank account, or 14 days to a card.
