Toll-free 1800 22 1250 is the number the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) gives for booking information and complaints, and it answers 24x7. Students have their own toll-free line, 1800 22 1251, and technical trouble while booking on the website or app goes to 7738087103.
Booking help and refund follow-ups go to [email protected]. It is a Gmail address, but MSRTC prints it on its own booking portal, so it is genuine. Other complaints can be registered, and their status checked, from the Complaints and Redressal page on MSRTC's site.
