About MNGL
Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited (MNGL) supplies piped natural gas (PNG) to homes and businesses and runs CNG stations in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, with Hinjewadi, Chakan and Talegaon. PNGRB has also authorised it for Nashik, Sindhudurg, Nanded and other districts, plus Ramanagara in Karnataka and Nizamabad in Telangana.
Gas bills are paid on mngl.in with the BP number from the bill, and new PNG connections are applied for through the national PNG Portal linked from the site.

Pay through BBPS Any Bharat Bill Payment System app or bank pays an MNGL bill, which MNGL lists as an official mode.

Pay at an Axis Bank branch Deposit cash or a cheque at any Axis Bank branch along with the tear-off portion of the bill.

Visit a walk-in centre Shivaji Nagar and Chinchwad take cheques from 10 AM to 5 PM, Sundays and holidays excepted; MNGL Shopees in Kondhwa, Hadapsar and Hinjewadi open 10 AM to 6 PM except Mondays.

Our MNGL card checks mngl.in and counts reports from customers in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad and Nashik. If many people report together, the MNGL site or bill payment is down for everyone. For a gas leak, skip the site and call 9011 676767.
Check which part has stopped.
- Website or payment: the Pay Bill page needs your BP number and an OTP, then hands you to Razorpay, Axis Easypay or BillDesk. If one gateway fails, try another.
- No gas at home: call customer care or, if you smell gas, the 24-hour emergency line.
- Open Pay Bill on mngl.in and enter the BP (Business Partner) number from your bill.
- Verify with the OTP.
- Pay by card, net banking, UPI, Bharat QR or a wallet.
The website sends an automatic acknowledgement once the payment goes through.
Enter your BP number on the Pay Bill page and click Get Details; it shows the due date and amount. MNGL also emails a soft copy of each bill and sends it with an SMS, and you can opt for e-bills only.
MNGL bills every two months on the actual meter reading. If the reader finds the door locked, it raises an assessed bill from your average use, marked Estimated MR with a door lock image. To correct it, email customer care with a photo of the current meter reading; an interim bill follows.
Click Apply New Connection on mngl.in. It takes you to the national PNG Portal, where the application is made. Name transfers are separate: apply and check the request status under Customer Care on mngl.in.
Use Check CNG/PNG Rates and CNG Filling Stations on mngl.in. MNGL also publishes historical CNG and PNG prices on its site.
Treat it as fraud. MNGL warns customers not to click links, scan QR codes or download apps from such messages.
Pay only through mngl.in/pay-bill, BBPS, NACH/ECS, a cheque at an Axis or ICICI Bank branch, or MNGL's walk-in centres. Report fraud at cybercrime.gov.in or your nearest cyber police station.
