Use View and Pay Electricity Bill, which opens the UPPCL consumer portal for Kanpur accounts. Log in or use instant bill payment, see the amount and pay. Last Online Payment Receipt on the same portal confirms a past payment.

Raise a Bill Correction Request through the service request section on the UPPCL consumer portal, linked from kesco.org.in. Address correction has its own request there too. Keep the account number and a meter photo handy.
