Update the app from the Play Store or App Store and log in again. KGB INFI works only for accounts with a registered mobile number, and joint and minor accounts cannot use it. For a payment that must go today, try KGBNet or UPI instead.
Give a missed call to 9015800400 from the mobile number registered with the bank. An SMS with your balance comes back at once, with no data connection needed, and the service is free.
Submit the KGBNet application form at your branch. After registration, an activation SMS reaches your registered mobile. Your customer ID is the user ID for the first login, and you set your own login and transaction passwords.
After three wrong PINs in a row, the card is blocked and unblocks on its own the next day. If you have forgotten the PIN, go to your branch for a new one.
