This page checks ebooking.hrtransport.gov.in, the Haryana Online Reservation portal, and collects reports from passengers. Many reports at once from Chandigarh, Delhi and Gurugram routes mean the booking site is down. Buses still run, and the bus stand counters still sell tickets.

If the whole portal fails, it is down for everyone and you can only wait. A few limits also look like errors: online booking closes 1 hour before departure, and one card can make only two bookings a day. Check your email or profile for the e-ticket before paying again.

Apply under PASSES on the Haryana Online Reservation portal, where you can also check pass history and renew. Passes are valid on Standard and Haryana Uday (CNG) buses, carry your photo, and cannot be transferred. A lost pass is replaced after paying a 50% penalty for the remaining period.
