Ring the Chandigarh helpline on 0172-2704014 or Gurugram on 0124-2320222, or write to [email protected]. Haryana Roadways shows only these landlines, and no 1800 number, on its contact and booking pages as of now.
Shikayat ke liye [email protected] par mail bhejein ya 0172-2704014 par baat karein. Bus number, route, tareekh aur samay zaroor likhein. Haryana sarkar ke Public Grievance Portal, Harsamadhan, par bhi shikayat darj ho sakti hai.

An original photo ID, or an image of the original on your phone. A photocopy is not accepted, and without valid ID the conductor will treat you as travelling without ticket.
Children under 3 travel free without a seat. From 3 to 12 years they pay half fare, except on AC, HVAC and Super Luxury AC buses.
