About Federal Bank Credit Card
Federal Bank issues its own credit cards in three variants, Signet, Imperio and Celesta, and co-branded cards with OneCard, Scapia and Paisabazaar. Its own cards are managed in the FedMobile app and FedNet internet banking.
Both let you set the PIN, switch online, contactless and international use on or off, set limits and pay the bill. By default the bill is made on the 21st of each month.

Questions
Live reports from Federal Bank cardholders appear on this page with our check. Many reports at once from different cities mean the card service is down. A single declined card points to its own settings or limits.
If lots of Federal cardholders report trouble, wait and try again later.
If it is only your card, open FedMobile or FedNet, go to Credit Cards, then Manage Card, then Manage Credit Card. A declined tap or online payment can mean that use is switched off there.
Pick whichever suits you.
- FedMobile: tap the Credit Card icon and pay. It reaches the card the same day.
- NEFT from another bank: IFSC FDRL00CARDS, entering the 16-digit card number where the account number goes.
- Payment Gateway from any other bank account, which takes about three days.
- Branch: cash or cheque, credited the same day.
Federal account holders can also set up auto-debit by emailing the bank.
In FedMobile, go to Credit Card, then Set Credit Card Pin. In FedNet, go to Credit Cards, Manage Card, then Set Credit Card Pin. You can also set it on the IVR at 0484 2630994. The physical card works at shops and ATMs only after the PIN is set.
Set the PIN first, as above, to use the card at shops, ATMs and contactless. For online use, log in to FedMobile, open Credit Card and accept the terms. A missed call to 080 49670455 from your registered mobile also switches the card on.
Call 1800 425 1199 or 1800 420 1199, or +91 484 2630994 from abroad. In FedNet, the Report Credit Card option under Manage Credit Card does it too. You can also email [email protected] with the card details. A replacement card costs Rs 200 plus taxes.
Federal Bank generates the bill on the 21st of every month unless you pick another date. The due date is 18 days after that. You can change the billing date up to 5 times in the card's life by calling customer care or writing to the card team.
Up to Rs 5,000 per tap without a PIN, and up to Rs 50,000 with a PIN. Contactless use can be switched on or off in FedMobile or FedNet.
FedMobile app mein Credit Card par jaakar Set Credit Card Pin chuniye. FedNet se ya IVR number 0484 2630994 par call karke bhi PIN ban jata hai. PIN set hone ke baad hi card dukaan aur ATM par chalta hai.
