SBI Card is the credit card company of the State Bank of India group, run by SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd from DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon. It is a separate company from SBI the bank, with its own app, website and helpline.

Cardholders use the SBI Card app and sbicard.com for statements, bill payments, rewards, PIN changes and card blocking. When both are down, SMS to 5676791 from your registered mobile still gives the balance and can block a lost card.
