After an online or IVR payment, the website or IVR shows an acknowledgement and HSBC sends an alert to your registered mobile. If you got neither an acknowledgement nor an alert, check your bank statement before you pay again.

Call the phone banking number, 1800 267 3456. Emergency services such as blocking or cancelling a card and reporting unauthorised transactions are available 24/7, even outside the usual 6.30 AM to 8.30 PM hours.
