The Swiggy HDFC Bank Credit Card is a cashback card issued by HDFC Bank with Swiggy. It pays its highest cashback on the Swiggy app, across food orders, Instamart and Dineout, plus cashback on online and other spends.
HDFC Bank is moving existing holders, in phases, to two new variants: Swiggy BLCK and Swiggy Ornge. The card, its bill, limit and cashback are all handled by HDFC Bank, through MyCards, the HDFC Bank app and its card helpline.

When many cardholders report together, HDFC Bank's card system is facing downtime. Wait a while, then pay again.
When only your card fails, check it in MyCards or the HDFC Bank app: online or contactless use may be off, the limit may be used up, or the card may be blocked. Call 1800 1600 if you cannot fix it there.
Turn on online use for the card in MyCards, enter the OTP before it expires, and retry once. If the Swiggy app keeps showing something went wrong while other cards work, call HDFC Bank, since the bank decides whether to approve the payment.
Cashback comes as a statement credit. Cashback for one month is adjusted in the next month's statement, so it never shows the same day.
Transactions under Rs 100 earn none. The 1% cashback also leaves out fuel, rent, EMI, wallet, jewellery and government payments.
It is being replaced in phases. HDFC Bank has started moving existing Swiggy HDFC Bank Credit Card holders to the Swiggy Ornge or Swiggy BLCK card. Until your card moves, its current benefits carry on.
- Swiggy BLCK: 10% cashback on the Swiggy app (food, Instamart and Dineout), 5% on select online merchants, 1% on other spends.
- Swiggy Ornge: 5% on eligible Swiggy app spends and select online merchants, 1% on other spends, and 12 months of Swiggy One as a welcome benefit.
Rs 500 plus taxes, for joining and for renewal. HDFC Bank waives the renewal fee if you spend Rs 2 lakh or more in the card year, before the renewal date.
