About OneCard

Bill payments, limits, card controls, PIN changes, card lock and disputes for the One Credit Card all run inside the OneCard app. The app is managed by FPL Technologies Private Limited of Pune.

The metal card itself is issued by one of six partners: BOBCARD, CSB Bank, Federal Bank, SBM Bank, South Indian Bank or Indian Bank.

Each issuing bank has its own OneCard support number, separate from the app line.

If OneCard isn't working

Update and restart the app Install the latest OneCard app and restart the phone once, then sign in with your App PIN.
Keep the registered SIM in the phone The app is bound to your registered mobile's SIM, so it will not verify from another phone or SIM.
Check card controls before retrying A decline often means online, domestic or international use is switched off, or a limit is set too low.
Lock a misplaced card from the app A temporary lock stops use at once and can be undone when you find the card.

Pay the bill from another app Pay the credit card bill through your bank's bill-pay or a UPI app's credit card payment option if the OneCard app will not open.
Finish the purchase another way If OneCard keeps declining at checkout, pay with UPI or another card for now, and check the card controls once the app opens.
Card not with you? Use the virtual card The OneCard app holds a virtual version of your card, which works for online and in-app payments while the metal card is not with you.

Yes, if cardholders across India flag OneCard here together; that points to downtime or a technical issue on OneCard's side. With only a few reports, the cause is usually your phone, the app version or the SIM the app is tied to.

Almost everything on OneCard runs through the app: bill payment, limits, card controls and disputes. So an app that will not open blocks all of it at once. For a card problem you cannot fix there, call your issuing bank's OneCard line, listed on the OneCard contact page.

Do not pay again straight away. Keep the UTR or payment reference, check the payment history in the app, and raise it through Need Help? in the app or your bank's OneCard email. Raise any billing dispute within 30 days of the statement date.

Update the app first. OneCard ties the app to your registered mobile's SIM, so that SIM must be in the phone you are using, with SMS working. Then sign in with your App PIN. If it still fails, try again after a while or call your bank's OneCard line.

Check the card controls in the app first. OneCard lets you switch online, domestic and international use on or off and set limits, so a switched-off channel or a low limit gives a decline. Contactless taps work up to Rs 5,000 without a PIN in India.
