About OneCard

OneCard is a mobile-first metal credit card that is run almost entirely through its app, issued in partnership with banks and popular with younger users who would rather not deal with a branch.

Statements, payments, limits, EMI conversion and card controls such as freezing or setting spend rules all sit inside the app itself. There is no separate net banking portal to fall back on, which means every action from checking a bill to blocking a lost card goes through that one place.

Its usage peaks around due dates and during sale weeks.

Update and restart the app Since OneCard is app-only, update it from the store and restart it. Signing out and back in clears many glitches.
For a bill payment, wait before paying again Payments can take time to post. Keep the reference and check, rather than paying twice.
Check your network for login and OTP A missing OTP is often a network issue. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and wait a minute for the code.
Block a lost card in the app or by phone For a lost card, block it in the app straight away, or call the OneCard helpline if the app is down.
