About CMAT
MBA and PGDM hopefuls take the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), a national entrance test whose score all AICTE-approved institutions accept. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts it on cmat.nta.nic.in for the All India Council for Technical Education.
CMAT 2026 was held on 25 January 2026 in a single computer-based shift, and NTA declared the scores on 17 February 2026. MBA colleges affiliated to AKTU, Lucknow, also admit on the CMAT score.
