Questions on the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) go to the National Testing Agency: call 011-40759000 or 011-69227700, or write to [email protected]. The lines work 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM.
For a failed fee, the CMAT Contact Us page lists the SBI and Canara Bank payment help desks. Cut-offs, group discussions and interviews are handled by each institute you apply to.

Use 011-40759000 or 011-69227700, which are Delhi landlines at normal rates, or email [email protected]. As of now, the CMAT Contact Us page gives only these two lines.
The bank first. The CMAT Contact Us page lists the SBI help desk and the Canara Bank and BillDesk mailboxes for payment issues.
If the Confirmation Page still does not appear, NTA's bulletin says you may need to pay again to complete the form.
No. Once paid, the fee is neither refunded nor carried to the next year. Candidates who skip the exam lose the fee too. For CMAT 2026, General category men paid Rs 2,500, and women and all other categories paid Rs 1,250.
The institute you applied to. NTA only registers candidates, conducts the test and hosts the score card. Each college sets its cut-off and runs its own group discussion and interview.
