About BSRTC
BSRTC (Bihar State Road Transport Corporation) runs government buses across Bihar through six divisions: Patna, Muzaffarpur, Gayaji, Darbhanga, Bhagalpur and Purnia. Depots range from Bankipur and Arrah to Motihari, Siwan, Saharsa and Munger.
Tickets are booked on the official portal, bsrtc.bihar.gov.in, up to 30 days ahead, and paid by card, UPI or net banking.

Questions
This page checks bsrtc.bihar.gov.in and collects reports from Bihar bus passengers. When reports arrive together from Patna, Gaya and Muzaffarpur, the booking portal is having trouble. If you alone are stuck, refresh the page or try another browser, as BSRTC itself suggests.
When the portal is down, nobody can book and you have to wait. Otherwise check the limits: booking opens 30 days ahead and closes 30 minutes before departure, subject to seats. Pay by card, net banking or UPI such as Google Pay, PhonePe or BHIM, and wait for the e-ticket by SMS or email.
Log in and open My Bookings, or enter your booking reference number there to see the status. If you have lost the reference, use Forgot Booking Details with your registered phone number or email.
No. BSRTC does not reschedule tickets. Cancel the ticket from My Bookings and book a new one for the date you want. The refund can take up to 15 working days, and bank charges are deducted.
