Patna covers Bankipur, Arrah and Bihar Sharif. Muzaffarpur covers Sitamarhi, Motihari, Chapra, Siwan and Hajipur. Gayaji covers Gaya, Aurangabad, Jehanabad and Nawada. Bhagalpur covers Jamui and Munger, Purnia covers Saharsa, and Darbhanga has its own depot.

BSRTC says a refund can take up to 15 working days, and bank charges are taken out of it. If it is later than that, call 1800 345 7251 with your booking reference.

Use Forgot Booking Details on bsrtc.bihar.gov.in and enter the phone number or email you booked with. The booking reference then shows in My Bookings.
