Answer: No Bing issues reported in the last 24 hours, and it responded normally at our last check on 24 Oct 2026, 4:04 AM IST.
Our automated check runs from one or more locations and may miss in-app problems; reports come from users across India. We only call something "down" when users confirm it too. Here's how we check.

About Bing
Bing is Microsoft's search engine, used in India on bing.com, in the Edge browser and through Windows search. Its home page also leads to Bing Image Creator, the AI image tool, and to Microsoft Rewards points for searching.
Bing is run by Microsoft Corporation; in India, Microsoft lists its Grievance Officer for Bing at its Gurugram office.
24-day history
We checked 24 times over the last 24 days — healthy on 24 days. It typically responds in about 0.2s.
Dashed line is its usual 0.2s, measured over the last 14 days. Gaps are days with no timing data.

Questions
Reports from Bing users in India on this page, with our test of bing.com, show if Bing is failing widely. If others are searching without trouble, check your browser, network and extensions.
When bing.com, image search and Image Creator all fail for many people, the fault is with Microsoft's service. If only search inside Edge or Windows fails, check the browser and Windows settings; bing.com may still open in another browser.
Open bing.com directly in Edge. If that works, the problem is the address bar or a setting; check that the search engine in Edge settings is still Bing and turn off extensions one by one. If bing.com fails in every browser, check this page for a wider outage.
Check whether you are signed in. Without a Microsoft account, Bing gives guests a daily creation limit, and the page says when guest creation has reached today's capacity; guest limits reset daily. Sign in to keep creating, or try again the next day.
Turn the VPN off and search again. If Bing then works, the VPN route is the cause; try a different VPN location or leave it off for Bing.
Through Microsoft Support online, where you sign in and describe the problem. The support link and the India grievance contact are on our Bing helpline page.
Yes. The download button on the status card saves a server down image with Bing's status, the time of our last check, and how many users are reporting problems.
