Answer: No VTU issues reported in the last 24 hours, and it did not respond at our last check on 24 Oct 2026, 5:32 AM IST.
Our automated check runs from one or more locations and may miss in-app problems; reports come from users across India. We only call something "down" when users confirm it too. Here's how we check.

Questions
Our VTU card checks results.vtu.ac.in and counts what students report. Lots of VTU reports arriving together point to VTU's servers. If only your login fails, recheck your USN and password first.
Result day is the usual reason. Every course and every region gets its results on one site, results.vtu.ac.in, so the load peaks the hour they are announced.
eDDTS, the exam portal and the internship platform are separate sites. One of them can be down while vtu.ac.in itself opens fine.
- Choose your course, such as B.E, MBA or MCA.
- Enter your University Seat Number (USN).
- Save or print the page. It shows a provisional result.
Apply on eDDTS, VTU's Electronic Document Delivery and Tracking System. Transcripts, the provisional degree certificate, migration and medium of instruction certificates, and documents for WES go only through it, not by email.
Sign in with your USN. Students who passed out in 2023 use their Prexam login. If the password does not work, use Forgot Password or Verify Mobile No. (OTP) on the sign-in page.
VTU's Internship Platform, vtu.internyet.in, handles 2022-scheme internship registration and runs apart from vtu.ac.in. If it will not load, try again later. Deadline extensions are posted in the platform's news section, as the January 2026 one was.
