If your mandate is registered, the EMI is debited on its own on the due date; keep the account funded a day before. For an overdue EMI or charges:
- Quick Pay on the website, which takes UPI apps such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and BHIM, plus debit cards, net banking and wallets.
- The Tata Capital app.
- WhatsApp.
Log in to your loan account to see whether other charges were added to the EMI. If it still looks wrong, email [email protected] with the amount, the date and a copy of the bank statement showing the debit. Home loan customers write to the housing customer care email.
Raise a foreclosure request in the Tata Capital app or web portal, call customer care, write to the customer care email, or visit a Tata Capital service branch. Foreclosure charges apply.
